We have an immediate requirement for a full-time Software Product Application Specialist to join our KITS collaborator ™ sales platform team – the industry-leading, mobile sales tool for Office Furniture industry professionals. The Product Application Specialist is an intermediate-level position. The role calls for a variety responsibilities and frequent interactions with both new and existing customers (office furniture manufacturers, dealers and interior designers) in several key areas:

Application help-desk support and consulting

Deliver instructor-led online, web-based training sessions and webinars

Pro-active customer-care/relationship management

Content design, specification and maintenance of published Office Furniture solutions

Participate in software product Quality Assurance/testing procedures

This is a highly-specialized role and the successful candidate will receive extensive in-house and field training on all aspects of our company and technology solutions. You should expect some occasional travel to client facilities in the US and Canada in order to conduct needs analysis and/or on-site training on our software solutions.


The ideal candidate will have an Interior Design degree or a solid background in Commercial Office Furniture. Experience of relevant 2D/3D CAD software or industry design tools is a definite plus. A creative and pro-active problem solver, you will be a self-starter and can rapidly master new concepts and technologies. Highly detail-oriented you will also have strong multi-tasking abilities and understand the importance of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
