Qualifications:
- Must have strong handyman skills.
- A valid driver’s license are required.
- Candidates must be available to work during daytime hours.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle emergencies and resolve issues promptly.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Be physically able to sweep and clean, including bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50lbs.
- Preferably possess a vehicle for traveling between sites.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of residential apartment common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues or needed repairs.
- Follow instructions and training procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with the Property Manager to manage the building.
- Facilitate smooth tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and lease management.
- Schedule, meet, and oversee trades and other contractors in the building, ensuring projects are completed in a proper and timely manner.
