Responsibilities
- The ability to manage several tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Conduct day-to-day activities in the kitchen including preparing food orders for the restaurant
- Carry out opening and closing duties of the kitchen
- Assist in banquet serving for special events
- Assist in volume food preparation for special events
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean, organized, prepped and well presented at all times

Job Duties:
- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station while practicing good safety and sanitation
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
