Ceridian is growing. And we are looking for a narrator to tell our story. Our copywriters understand the company brand, while using both creative and critical thinking to collaborate with our designers and marketers to create impactful marketing messages.
We are looking for a creative copywriter to create clear and concise copy for cross channel marketing material such as brand advertising, display, social media, websites and email.
Someone who is creative, innovative, and able to easily adapt.
Our ideal candidate is a skilled and imaginative writer with keen attention to detail, and experience writing customer focused copy with a professional target audience in mind. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and using research and data to inform creative decisions.
Responsibilities:
Write customer-focused copy for websites, traditional and digital advertising, email, demand generation and events.
Write high engagement copy that reflects the brand’s voice.
Increase brand equity and drive brand consistency across communications.
Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts.
Collaborate with art directors, graphic design team, web team and other professionals to develop a variety of marketing materials.
Take complex product language and distill it into clear, simple language that customers will understand and connect with.
Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines.
Edit and proof-read as needed.
Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines.
Propose copy concepts and present strategic thinking to business leaders.
Qualifications:
5+ years as a copywriter, skilled in writing for B2B.
Experience working with large technology companies a strong asset.
Agency experience is an asset.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple stakeholders and priorities, balancing short- and long-term needs and implications.
Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills.
A collaborative spirit.
Confident developing and presenting material to a senior level audience.
Experience with SEO.
Intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic and solid business acumen.
