We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our growing car dealership team. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, strong customer service skills, and proven experience in automotive or commission-based sales.
Duties
* Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
* Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
* Negotiate pricing and close sales
* Maintain accurate customer and sales records
* Follow up with leads and existing customers
* Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Ability to work full-time, including weekends
* Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
* $3,000 base salary plus commission
