The Positions Available
We are specifically looking to add two Evening/Night Line Cooks to our crew:
- Full-Time Evening/Night Cook (Open availability required)
- Part-Time Evening/Night Cook (Great for supplemental income or students with culinary experience)
The Role
- Crush high-volume dinner and weekend rushes with speed, care, and precision.
- Maintain absolute consistency—following our established recipes and builds to the letter so every dish hits the table with intention.
- Work as a cohesive unit, communicating effectively and keeping a positive attitude when the board is full.
- Keep a clean, organized, and food-safe station at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- The High-Volume Mindset: You thrive in a busy kitchen. If you have high-volume breakfast or short-order diner experience, that’s a massive asset.
- Consistency & Discipline: You respect the recipes. You understand that great food comes from executing the process exactly as designed every single time.
- Availability: Open availability for evening, night, and weekend shifts is a must.
- Attitude: A team-first player who stays calm under pressure, takes direction easily, and brings good energy to the line.
