As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for:
- Proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients, and building relationships with key decision-makers
- Utilizing cold calling and networking techniques to build a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, effectively managing accounts, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborating with our team to create tailored proposals that meet the specific needs and objectives of each client
- Utilizing persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Experience in sales, business development and lead qualification is an asset
- Proven track record of success in sales and the ability to build strong relationships with top-level stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Energetic, organized, and self-motivated individuals with a team-oriented mindset
