Ready Refrigeration is currently accepting applications for a Sheet Metal and Ventilation Technician to join our fast-growing residential team installing HRV and ducted heat pumps across HRM, Annapolis Valley, South Shore. The successful candidate will have a solid background, positive attitude, enjoy working with people, and have a strong commitment to our customers.
Duties will include project management, quality control, overseeing helpers, design and install residential ductwork and ventilation equipment. Analyze, diagnose, and repair, restore equipment and systems to full operation and recommend repairs / replacement where necessary, under supervision.
Qualifications:
· Experience designing and installing fully ducted residential systems heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
· Experience ducting heat pump air handlers and ducted concealed units.
· Ambitious, detail-oriented, friendly, willing to learn/adapt, and works well in a team environment, or independently.
· Commercial experience considered and asset.
· Must be either a registered apprentice with NS Apprenticeship or a certified Journeyperson.
· Clean Drivers License
