Job Title: Kitchen Assistant
Location: Hamilton, Ontario (near McMaster University).

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of our experienced kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas
- Follow food safety standards and procedures to ensure the highest quality of food
- Help with dishwashing and kitchen equipment cleaning as needed
- Support the kitchen team in various tasks to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required; we're willing to train the right candidate
- Passion for food and a willingness to learn about Korean cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude and a team player mindset
**Wages:**
Starting wage ranges from $17.60 ($17.95 starting on October 1st 2026)
