About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, policy administration, benefits coordination, and compliance. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities

Support Recruitment Specialist with full-cycle recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers.

Support with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.

Maintain employee records and HR information systems (HRIS) with accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist managers and employees with HR-related questions, policies, and procedures.

Support employee relations initiatives and help resolve workplace concerns.

Coordinate leave management and return to work programs.

Assist with performance management processes.

Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.

Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required.

Contribute to employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.

Support training and development programs across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
-
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role.

Valid CHRP designation.

Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.

Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now) and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
