Looking for a Chief Revenue Officer/Chief Marketing Officer/VP of Sales

Please note this is a commission based role - but due to high demand and high ticket products - the commission earnings should outweigh the salary.

TetraNoodle Technologies is seeking to add a superstar CRO/CMO to our rapidly growing team! This individual will work directly with the CEO to help guide and support deal flow and lead generation. This unique and dynamic position is a flexible role and is perfect for an individual who desires to work with a cutting edge company ahead of practical marketing standards. Candidates must be strong in the sales process, sales & marketing, prospecting, engagement, and closing. These skills apply to both the online and offline space to increase awareness of key offers, drive nurture and engagement campaigns to warm audiences, and facilitate the close during and outside of conversion events.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage a team of commission sales people
  • Build and manage a sales team
  • Generate more leads by direct interactions (cold calling, cold emailing and direct face-to-face interactions)
  • Understand customer needs, delivering the sales pitch, and closing the sale
  • Grow the customer base
  • Sales, relationship building and engagement activities with prospects
  • Direct nurture and engagement with prospects in alignment with current offerings
  • Set up meetings with warm leads
  • Funnel warm leads and generate new leads into all conversion events and online funnels
  • Funnel warm leads and generate new leads into the Facebook community
  • Support list-building objectives organically to meet monthly goals
  • Nurture the customer post engagement to continue building close relationships with them
  • Developing an individual database of leads and executing on regular follow up and nurture, directing leads into conversion events, etc.
  • Following set metrics-based tracking system for all sales and marketing activities and reporting/recapping progress to the sales manager daily

  • We help founders validate, build & grow their startups. Everything from product design, MVP development, to growth hacking - we help startups achieve traction.
  • Apart from bootstrapping and jump-starting the projects - we also help with the operational aspects of the company. For instance, team recruitment, project management, lean process implementation, and so on.
  • Over the last 20 years, we have acquired deep experience and expertise in the technology world. In the spirit of sharing the knowledge - we also train engineers in cutting edge technologies like machine learning/AI/deep learning, blockchain, cloud, and so on. We have published 70+ courses so far and have trained more than 125K+ students.

We provide the following services:

  • Senior technology leadership advisory: A package of 4 calls per month is a starter package. Depending on the needs of the company - we can increase the engagement to 8 calls or larger package on a retainer basis.
  • A more hands-on service: In this package, we directly work with the company executives and their team. This is similar to an outsourced CTO.
  • We also provide digital marketing services for small business owners, especially professional service providers like lawyers, dentists, car repair shops, etc.
  • Professional training services - We can train the staff on the latest technologies. We can also help companies build a brand new custom curriculum for training purposes.

This is a strictly commission based role - but the demand for the products/services is huge, and there is a tremendous opportunity to make decent money easily and quickly.

Because of these marketing efforts - selling should be relatively easy.

Because of my marketing efforts - selling should be relatively easy. We are looking for someone who is experienced and can leverage all the assets available to them and start closing deals ASAP.

Please notice we need an end-to-end sales process. We will strategize with you about who to target, and we need you to prospect, contact, nurture, and close the deals.
