We are hiring inside Sales Reps to join our fast-growing high-performance team. We are growing and looking for Closing & Connector Superstars. We do NOT just hire on background; we hire TOP Producers.

The Mission of the Position is to increase revenue by connecting with qualified pre-framed prospects or past buyers and closing them on qualified inbound booked appointments.

You will go through a series of challenges and hurdles to make it to the team. You will be expected to perform and achieve results within a short amount of time. So don’t reach out unless you are an overachiever and can prove it. Your day to day job would be to field 6-8 pre-qualified inbound calls and convert those prospects into customers. The Experts, Influencers & Coaches we work with have consistent and qualified warm leads with in-demand offers with hundreds of testimonials from successful customers.

We build and manage world-class online remote inbound sales teams and take our clients’ leads and convert them into customers and dollars. The Sales Connection is a high demand company in the online High Ticket Sales niche. Providing opportunity and growth for new and experienced Sales Professionals. Driving, multi-million-dollar sales revenue while serving entrepreneurs, authority experts and thought leaders.

Key Criteria/Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have sales experience
  • Has the ability to close high ticket sales for clients
  • Has a strong work ethic and desire to get results while serving the clients
  • Is comfortable with online technology
  • Is strong with accountability to self, clients and customers
  • Has a strong willingness to learn and grow
  • PST, MST, CST or EST time zones (UTC -8 to UTC -5)
  • Office set up with a computer, cell phone, and good internet connection (Mandatory)
  • Fluent in English
  • A proven track record of past performance, just the knowledge isn’t enough
  • Experience with coaches and coaching programs (preferable)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and field inbound calls
  • Understand the Client’s industry/ category and offer
  • Close those appointments and convert them to customers. If you can’t do it in one call follow up is expected
  • Manage and nurture your lead pipeline and convert old opportunities into sales
  • Keep your CRM and various systems up to date and accurate
  • Attend Daily Huddle (as applicable)

Compensation:

This is a Commission position. You will receive 10% of Cash Collected on Sales. No Cap, Sky’s the limit. Most clients we build sales teams for include monthly competitive bonuses and sales competitions as well.

The products and services we sell range from $3,000 - $25,000.

If you are average, you can earn $50k/yr with us… If you are a superstar, you can earn $200k/yr plus. Age doesn’t matter if you have the skills and grit we’ll know.
