Carpenter Required – Deck Building & Building Envelope
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in deck construction and building envelope systems and take pride in high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Build and install residential and commercial decks (wood, composite, and rail systems)
- Perform building envelope work including:
- Weather barriers
- Flashing
- Waterproofing
- Siding and exterior finishes
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Work safely and efficiently on active job sites
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project timelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in deck building and building envelope work
- Solid understanding of exterior construction methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Own hand tools preferred
