The Data Entry Clerk has an eye for detail, is results driven maintaining accurate information in a timely fashion into our data management software system(s). This position will deal with high volumes of information, it is paramount that it is entered in quickly and accurately. The primary responsibility is gathering, entering, and reporting on data supporting the Property Managers, Accounting and Administrative teams.

Key Focuses:
  • Provide assistance and support to the Information Services Manager
  • Maintain current & accurate information in databases and reports
  • Strong excel knowledge, reporting, pivot tables, charts, etc.
  • Maintain organized record files, hard-copy and on server
  • Actively participate in supporting ICR Teams Process/Procedure improvements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of similar experience
  • Knowledge of asset/property management would be an asset
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office – Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Yardi Genesis / Voyager, Officetrax software is an asset
  • Ability to remain focused with a strong eye for detail under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team situation
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a high level of concentration
  • Clear & precise communication skills
  • Exceptional typing speed
  • Good understanding of databases, database fundamentals
  • Comfortable importing, exporting, formatting raw data and reports
  • Strong excel knowledge, reporting, pivot tables, charts, etc.
