We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our team.

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage patient records and electronic dental charts
- Verify insurance coverage and submit claims
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate patient treatment schedules and follow-up appointments
- Support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous dental reception or dental administration experience preferred
- Experience with dental practice management software considered an asset
- Experience as a dental assistant or denture office welcomed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25.00–$29.00 per hour
