Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Shipper on behalf of our client, a leading distributor of industrial pipes and fittings. If you're an experienced warehouse professional with reach truck experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Position: Shipper
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.36 per hour
What You'll Do
As a Shipper, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate a Reach Truck (Narrow Aisle) and Counterbalance safely and efficiently
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners
- Verify pick tickets, packing slips, and shipping documentation
- Record skid counts, weights, and complete shipping paperwork accurately
- Sign off completed orders before shipment
- Perform stock put-away and inventory transfers
- Load, organize, and prepare shipments for dispatch
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Must have atleast 3 years of Reach Truck (Narrow Aisle) experience
- Counterbalance forklift experience is an asset
- Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
