Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver and Merchandiser to join our team in Grande Prairie and region. Reporting to Distribution Services Supervisor, this role is responsible for timely delivery of pre-ordered products to assigned accounts and effective product merchandising and rotating. Up to 2 overnight stays per week is required.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to various retail locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct merchandising activities to optimize product presentation and availability.
- Upsell products where appropriate to enhance sales opportunities.
- Manage inventory and pricing information accurately.
- Maintain organizational standards for vehicle cleanliness and safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (Class 1 preferred, Class 3 considered) and clean driver's abstract.
- 1 year experience in commercial driving and delivery roles.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of pricing, math, and sales techniques is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively.
- Must be able to work in Canada legally.
- A criminal record check is required.

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
