The Contract Administrator is responsible for all administrative duties related to the day to day operation of supporting the Construction department including executive support to the Director of Construction.

Support the Estimator in the develop of contract proposals to support organizational goals
Support Estimator with contracts PO generation and responsible for Land, Warranty, and Construction PO generation
Track variances and review with Estimator
Coordinate and follow-up with contract signing
Prepare tender analysis for Estimator review
Coordinate budget and full tenders
Ensure Trade Call list is accurate and updated
Update and distribute Summary Trade List for stakeholders
Ensure trades are set-up on ERP system
Open communication with all stakeholders
Complete and coordinate addendums and amendments when applicable
Keep files up to date on company internal server and VendorLink
Support Estimator with sourcing new materials
Ensure that all contract and construction related documents applicable to the contract department are accurate, up to date, and filed appropriately
Write contract letters and other communications and notices
Create regular status reports regarding progress on projects
1+ years prior experience in a contract administration role or a related field
Exemplifies knowledge of contract administration
Possesses superior attention to detail to spot inconsistencies in contracts
Has previous experience in customer service and strong communication skills
Able to work productively independently and as part of a team
Must have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
Should exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of Newstar and VendorLink is an asset
