Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and construct stair components according to specifications
- Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Physically capable of performing all duties, including lifting stair parts and equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
