Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction residential cleaner to join our team and assist in maintaining cleanliness to delivery pre construction homes to owners. This role is vital in ensuring that work environments are clean, organized, and fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and debris removal
- Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and work areas regularly to maintain a safe environment
- Assist with the disposal of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning activities
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate cleaning schedules without disrupting ongoing work
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or residential cleaning
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use various cleaning products safely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is a plus; must be punctual and dependable
