Human Resources Manager
AWFI is a custom millwork and manufacturing firm specializing in commercial projects that has been operating in the Toronto area for over 25 years. We are AWMAC and LEED certified and educated in the Disney Approach to quality service and have produced millwork in over 1600 construction projects internationally, 1000 of which in the greater Toronto area alone.

AWFI creates a variety of high-end custom millwork, casework, architectural woodwork, surface cladding and themed spaces for restaurants, hotels, casinos, entertainment facilities, condominiums, malls and many other public spaces.
Summary
The Human Resources manager is responsible for managing the well being of each employee at All Wood Fine Interiors. The manager will be a key agent with regards to change and driving that change for a better culture.

Job Duties
- Establish policies and procedures for the company.
- Manage and oversee standard procedures, including salary increases, performance management
- Ownership of the performance management process, including tracking and recording employee performance
- Track and record employee’s attendance and behavior
- Plan and coordinate employee events
- On Boarding and Off boarding all employees
- Oversee and management all recruitment
- Write and distribute monthly newsletter
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations
- Advise on management compensation and benefits
- Change management and exercising change
- Improve company culture
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in HR or related field
- 3-5 years experience as an HR manager experience, preferable in a manufacturing setting
- HR system experience not required but considered and asset
- Human Resources Certification (CHRP/CHRL) preferred
- Absolute integrity and high level of professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential aspects of the role
- Detail orientated, team player, and self driven
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Comfortable with driving change executing on change management

Pay: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
