The Career Foundation is currently seeking a Sales Representative on behalf of one of our employer partner in the beauty industry.
About the Role:
We’re seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to help expand our brand presence in barbershops across Downtown Toronto and the GTA. In this role, you will be responsible for opening new accounts, promoting and selling products, and building lasting client relationships.
Position: Sales Representative
Location: Downtown Toronto & GTA
Employment Type: Full-time (5 days per week: Tuesday to Saturday)
Compensation: $17.60/hour + 5-10% commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with barbershop owners and stylists
- Promote and sell our products to increase market presence
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (preferably in barbering, grooming, or professional haircare industries)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
