We are looking for an individual with a friendly, welcoming attitude and customer service focus to join our team. This position will provide front line reception support to student, staff and visitors to Patricia Campus. A successful candidate for this position will be self-motivated, and a strong team player. Well-developed communication skills, a desire to deliver both excellent customer service and administrative support will also be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and directing visitors and incoming inquiries
Taking messages
Booking rooms, ordering catering & event planning
Processing mail
General office equipment maintenance
Filing (paper or electronic)
Assist with word processing/report generating
Assist with ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, data entry and special event activities

Skills and Knowledge:
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact with others

Qualifications:
Completion of grade 12
2 years of related experience
Equivalencies may be considered

Remuneration: $1,234.00 - $1587.08 bi-weekly with a comprehensive benefit package

This position is covered by the Alberta Union of Public Employees (AUPE) Collective Agreement.
