You are a dynamic administrative professional who is very detail-oriented and who thrives on creativity and customer service (both internal and external).

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Be responsive to customer needs and answer emails and phone calls promptly
· Coordinate appointments between customers and external vendors
· Create a positive and memorable experience at all times
· Provide excellent customer service
· Interact with other departments throughout the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
· You have a proven track record in Customer Service (min 2 years)
· Superior communication skills, professionalism, and positive personality
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple programs while communicating with a customer
· Ability to act with professionalism with customers in a confrontational or sensitive situations
· Demonstrate conflict resolution skills
· Knowledge of residential construction is an asset, but not required
· You have a high degree of computer literacy in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a key member of our team
