NuVoxx is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to help us service our clients, as we continue to expand.
In this role, you will act as a liaison between our clients and internal, as well as external resources, to ensure NuVoxx delivers the highest level of service possible. The range of duties covers things like coordinating tasks and projects and ensuring invoices are paid on time; from participating in sales meetings, through conducting training sessions for clients and helping script Interactive Voice Response applications. In essence – you will be the bridge and the link between our clients and us. Qualifications:
Desire to learn and grow in cloud-based telecommunications services vertical
Ability to function in fast paced service provider environment
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand technical requirements
Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
Ability to professionally interact with clients and build relationships
Attention to detail
2 years comparable experience
University Degree or College Diploma
Responsibilities:
Interact with clients regarding existing projects and new project launches
Coordinate and gather information required for project launches and ongoing campaign management
Coordinate and manage project implementations
Evaluate program performance and provide recommendations for enhancements
Assist in Administrative functions, as needed
Update and produce marketing materials, as needed
Assist in business development efforts, as needed
