Overview:
Our client is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business systems in a stable and growing environment.
This role oversees both IT infrastructure and business systems while ensuring day-to-day operational stability and service delivery across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for both managing systems and actively supporting operational IT needs when required.
The ideal candidate is a practical, well-rounded IT leader with strong operational experience, capable of balancing day-to-day support with ongoing improvements and technology planning.
Key areas include: IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud environments, ERP systems, IT operations, and vendor management.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud environments, and end-user systems
- Oversee cybersecurity controls, access management, and IT risk mitigation
- Support ERP/CRM systems and other core business applications
- Manage IT service desk operations and escalations, acting as the primary escalation point for critical IT issues and outages
- Lead IT projects including upgrades, implementations, and system integrations
- Manage vendors, MSPs, and technology service providers
- Support IT budgeting and cost optimization initiatives
- Partner with business leaders to improve systems, workflows, and service delivery
- Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to IT team members
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a well-rounded IT leader with strong operational experience and a hands-on approach.
- 7+ years of IT leadership or management experience
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud environments
- Hands-on experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives
- Exposure to ERP and/or CRM systems (strong asset)
- Experience managing vendors and delivering IT projects
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Azure, AWS, or Microsoft certifications

Pay: $120,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
