Job Goals:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for the business development and execution of Saint-Gobain Solar Gard’s strategy for window films in Canada for the Solar Gard® window film brand in a direct and indirect level. This positions primary function is to develop and grow the territory and individual dealer user volume and revenue. A Technical Sales role is needed with both customers and end consumers to ensure that Saint-Gobain Solar Gard is successful in reaching higher levels of segment & market penetration while increasing loyalty achievement on a per account basis. A systematic trusted advisor approach is required to further the success of Saint-Gobain Solar Gard and its Dealers in the Canadian Market. Territory and Dealer Development for the Provence’s of Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Eastern Provence’s. Directly responsible for sales progression, dealer and project development, new product launch.

Essential Responsibilities of the Position:
Making daily calls and visits to existing and new customers introducing our energy saving window film products and generating new orders.
Training Saint-Gobain Solar Gard customers on the numerous marketing and technical support tools available to them and ensuring they are put to use in the marketplace.
New business development focusing on the development of loyal branded partners.
Project sourcing and prospecting via our installing Dealer Base.
Direct project involvement with dealer network to ensure Saint-Gobain Solar Gard is positioned and present on retrofit opportunities.
Controlling and managing sales volumes and margins in line with the annual budgets, by month, by segment.
Immediate adoption and introduction of new products and services to new and existing dealer network.
Monitor and maintain the accounts receivable aging report by enforcing payment terms and collecting on past due accounts.
Clear consistent market conditions to be communicated and discussed with direct Manager.
Strategically geared and able to articulate the needs of your local market for planning and budgeting.
Experienced sales background in Dealer and Customer Development at a B2B level in Window Film or Glass, Glazing, Building Products or Automotive.
Perform other duties and assume responsibilities as appropriate or assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Requirements for the Position:
A University Degree in Business Management and/or Administration or related field; and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum five (5) years’ of Territory Sales experience at a B2B level.
Experience managing large territories and a diverse customer base.
Advanced computer literacy with the common business programs.
Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Formal presentation skills before both small and large groups.
Consistent, organized and documented activities are required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, and work independently or with colleagues in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Proficient computer knowledge in a Windows environment, specifically MS Word and Excel.
Ability to travel frequently (75%) +/-.
Bilingual in English and French (fluent, written/spoken).
