Position Summary
At Carriage Ridge Resort, our Housekeeping Room Attendants play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position is responsible for ensuring all guest suites and public areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards. Room Attendants are detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation:
- Clean and service guest suites including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities
- Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, and appliances are cleaned and sanitized in line with our Commitment to Clean
- Conduct final inspections before guest arrival
- Report maintenance concerns
Public Area Cleaning:
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways and assigned areas
- Report maintenance concerns
Guest Experience Support:
- Greet guests courteously when encountered
- Respond to basic guest requests or direct guests appropriately
- Follow up and resolve guest concerns whenever possible
- Respect guest privacy and comfort at all times
- Support Lost and Found standards
Memorable Service (Service That Goes Beyond):
- Maintain a positive, helpful, upbeat manner
- Proactively anticipate the guest’s needs
- Curate an individual and unique experience for each guest
- Take ownership of the guest experience including any issues and concerns
Health, Safety & Standards:
- Follow cleaning, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Use equipment and supplies safely and as designed
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Follow resort policies, service standards and support a culture of safety
Qualifications & Skills- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience an asset, but not required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to coach and lead a team of peers
- Physically able to lift, push carts, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Reliable and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $17.60 per hour
