Egg & Joy concession at the Silent Ice Center is a fast-paced quick-service restaurant focused on serving fresh, delicious food with friendly and efficient service. We’re looking for dependable and motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team.
What we offer
Competitive pay of $17–$20 per hour plus gratuity, full and part-time hours are available, and consistent scheduling. This is a busy, high-energy venue with strong team culture and opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items quickly and consistently
- Follow recipes, portion standards and presentation guidelines
- Complete food preparation and restock the line
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary workstation
- Follow food-safety and workplace-safety procedures
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Communicate and cooperate with the kitchen and front-counter teams
- Assist with opening, closing and general cleaning duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen or line-cook experience is preferred
- Comfortable working in a busy, quick-service environment
- Dependable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
- Strong attention to food quality and cleanliness
- Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lb
- Available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Food Safety certification is an asset

Requirements
Applicants must have reliable transportation and their own vehicle, as there is no public transportation to this location and shifts may start early or end late.
Previous food service experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right people.
Availability for evenings and weekends is required.
