To thrive in this role, you should bring: - At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee-focused role. - A genuine passion for coffee and a dedication to perfecting your craft. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members. - The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
