What You'll Do;
As a Merchandising Analyst for Team Town Sports (TTS), your role will be pivotal in supporting the Baseball and Team Sports Buyers in product management and coordination for our TTS stores. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to serve our customers' needs and drive our rapid growth since our launch in 2023.
TTS is Sporting Life Group's (SLG) newest retail banner, bringing top-quality team sports equipment nationwide. We have seen rapid growth serving our customers' needs at one of our four store locations or our e-commerce site.
In this role, you will manage and distribute inventories to all stores by working cross-functionally internally and externally to ensure that the right products are delivered to the right store at the right time and quantity to increase profitable sales, maximize inventory productivity, and balance inventory levels by Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) for stores.

Responsible for inputting and maintaining all data within the category, including the purchase order process; creating and uploading information changes, item cancellations/reinstatements, confirmation, and pricing.

Creating reports at the SKU level for shipping, markdowns and sell-throughs while maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly checklists.

Managing all inventory replenishment, SKU maintenance, and allocation/core, including regular inventory balancing, preparation for promotions and seasonal requirements, and allocating inventory in advance to ensure inventory is in stock to support sales.

Working cross-functionally with the stores, creating sales, margin, and inventory reports by analyzing data to support category initiatives.

Building and fostering solid external relationships with vendors.
What You'll Bring;

Passion for Sports Retail with an understanding of apparel/footwear/hard goods.

Post-secondary education (University preferred) in retail, marketing, or finance.

Experience in retail planning, buying, or merchandising in data entry and data management with knowledge of inventory management, merchandising concepts, operations and systems (Oracle).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient Excel Skills and strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and PowerPoint.
