Overview of the Position

As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support for business systems to ensure operations run smoothly and with as little down time as possible. This will involve providing day-to-day support on software system issues, troubleshooting and resolving issues and escalating to third party vendors when required. You will also document and report on business system issues and recommend solutions. You will have the opportunity to investigate and evaluate new products to improve current systems. This will include participating in the vendor selection process to evaluate new systems and services and participating in the creation and implementation of rollout plans for new applications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Post-secondary education in computer science or equivalent experience
3+ years’ experience supporting business applications for a multi-channel retail enterprise
Technical abilities working with SharePoint 2013
Working knowledge of MS office, Visio and structured query language and Database Schemas
Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting software and hardware assets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
