Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and help clients navigate their insurance options.
Duties
- Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, billing inquiries, and claims processes.
- Market insurance products to potential clients through various channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist in sales administration tasks, including quotes and applications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to market insurance products

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
