Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Coordinator to provide exceptional service and support to customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience from start to finish.

Compensation & Hours:
- The rate of pay will be $21–$25/hr, depending on experience
- Full-time, temporary position
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours
Position Summary:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Schedule appointments, services, or deliveries as required
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company systems
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation
- Build positive relationships with customers through exceptional service
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new computer systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

- Experience serving in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment
- Background in retail, front desk, or other high-volume customer service roles
- Experience handling customer concerns in a fast-paced setting
