Nazarian Law, a technology-driven Toronto-based law firm, is expanding its Family Law practice, and currently looking for a talented and experienced Family Lawyer to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:
The Family Lawyer will:
- Produce domestic contracts unique to the clients’ circumstances (prenuptial and cohabitation agreements)
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and negotiations.
- Provide legal advice concerning family law matters such as divorce, parenting, child support, spousal support, and property settlements.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including but not limited to, pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Develop case strategies based on the client's needs and potential outcomes.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and keep current with recent developments in family law.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Ontario.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in Family Law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in managing multiple cases with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- A demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
- Proficient in legal research tools and software.
