Overview
The Service and Production Technician performs repairs, maintenance, leak investigations, coatings, and flat roofing installations on commercial and industrial buildings. This role works on both service and production projects and requires full proficiency in all commercial flat roofing systems. The Technician supports the Foreman and ensures all work meets Stybek’s standards for quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform work on both service and production projects including leak investigations, repairs, coatings, and new roofing installations
- Install and repair all commercial flat roofing systems including single ply membranes, torch and cold applied modified bitumen, and BUR
- Assist the Foreman with daily tasks and maintain efficient workflow
- Follow all safety requirements and maintain a safe work environment
- Load, unload, and organize materials as needed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
- Document work completed, materials used, and photos in company software
- Contribute to a professional and positive team environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial flat roofing experience
- Full proficiency in all commercial flat roofing systems including single ply membranes, torch and cold applied modified bitumen, and BUR
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid working at heights certification
- Valid driver’s license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
