KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Thoroughly clean all assigned guestrooms to Radisson Blu standards, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning & sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, showers, tubs, sinks), making beds, changing linens, emptying trash & recycle bins, polishing furniture & fixtures, cleaning windows & mirrors to Radisson Blu standards
- Replace towels & restock other amenities in all assigned guest rooms
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in all guest rooms
- Proper use and care for all equipment and tools used to perform duties
- Report all maintenance deficiencies in rooms and surrounding areas
- Respond promptly to all guest requests in a positive and personal manner
- Be familiar with all hotel services/features in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately
- Organizing and restocking cart at the end of shift
- Collaborate with your team to provide an experience that supports the hotel’s overall goals
- Observe and follow the established Emergency, Fire and Health & Safety policies

- You are available to work weekends, evenings, graveyards and holidays
