Responsibilities:
- Professionally install HVAC equipment and accessories per specifications and local codes.
- Ensure safe operation of installations and instruct customers on care and maintenance.
- Build positive customer relationships, resolve issues, and upsell products and services.
- Maintain company vehicles to a neat, clean, and safe standard.
- Achieve HVAC leads and enroll CPP to meet performance targets.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- Valid Gas B ticket
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends
