Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Assist with meal preparation and light cooking as needed
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal use
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns professionally
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communication with diverse clients
- Experience in residential cleaning and hospitality environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic cooking skills are desirable but not mandatory
- Good laundry management skills for handling clothing and linens
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

- Concord, ON L4K 5W7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
