Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. This position is only for experienced Stylists with at least 5 years of experience - No apprentices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hair styling techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired styles and provide expert recommendations.
- Up sell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages repeat business through excellent customer service.
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques, including up selling products and services.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and hair care products is essential.
- A valid cosmetology license is required to perform hair styling services.
