Rewind is looking for an energetic and creative Strategic Alliances Manager to join our Sales team and support Rewind’s upcoming growth plans to be the only service your business needs to protect its valuable data!

About the Job
Reporting to the COO, this role’s top priority is to drive the new revenue goals of Rewind by positioning our product as the best solution to achieve our partner’s vision of success. You will work with Rewind executives and senior product managers to identify future platforms who are good candidates for our product and progress those deals through a pipeline to closure.
As we are rapidly scaling our business, we are looking for an individual contributor that can roll up their sleeves and contribute to our growth. You can expect to do the following:
Drive and contribute to annual revenue targets for new and existing platforms
Build a cross-industry plan that outlines a strategy to execute on new platforms development
Own your pipeline to ensure long term, consistent performance to achieve corporate goals set by executive management
Identify and build relationships with essential decision-makers in target organizations.
Close contracts and transitioning opportunities to the product management teams to move forward
Accurately forecasting opportunities for a rolling 12-month cycle
Learn and maintain expert knowledge in SaaS products, market happenings and trends, and the broad SaaS ecosystem
Work with key technology and system integration partners, and expand our footprint with them
We are looking for candidates with 10 years of experience selling enterprise-wide solutions (both software and services) or in a similar role
You should have:
A proven record of sales success and industry domain knowledge – a track record of quota achievement and an established network
An understanding of the personas in these organizations
A curious mindset with excellent listening skills
The ability to maintain a professional attitude and work independently with little guidance in a fast-paced, lean, changing environment
The ability to build a shared understanding of customer and partner needs and motivations among members of cross-functional teams
As we are working remotely, communication skills are critical. We are looking for someone who is articulate, persuasive and a passionate communicator with excellent presentation skills
We appreciate people who have a human centric approach both with clients (customer service skills and solution-oriented) and with coworkers (learning from and sharing insights among members of cross-functional teams)
