Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time position
- $30–$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
- Ensure all prescriptions are complete, compliant, and clinically sound before processing
- Support patients with medication-related inquiries and provide clear, professional guidance
- Maintain and manage inventory (ordering, receiving, labeling, and organization)
- Enter and update patient information in pharmacy systems with a high level of accuracy
- Handle third-party billing and assist with administrative workflows
- Uphold all regulatory, legal, and safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers to optimize patient care
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Prior experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting (hospital experience is a strong asset)
- Strong knowledge of medications, pharmacy workflow, and dispensing procedures
- High attention to detail—mistakes are not your thing
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems (Kroll experience is an asset)
