Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant openings, by developing short- and long-term goals and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensure all company systems policy procedures are followed.
- Ensure that high-quality food and exceptional guest service are delivered in a clean and pleasant atmosphere in all units.
- Ensure that all units always comply with all liquor laws and that all employees and franchisees are smart serve certified.
- Produce regular reports concerning the activity and quality standards of the franchisees.
- Oversee and assist the franchisees, their staff, and Operations staff during restaurant openings, directing the training and development of staff.
- Monitor hiring, orientation, training, and development of all employees.
- On site at Corporate Training Centre and involved with full training of Franchisees alongside with the Director of Training.
- Maintains an open line of communication with franchisees and managers to follow up with set initiatives and provide on-going support to each location.
- Conducts training sessions at the corporate offices as assigned by the Vice President of Operations.
- Supports the training of the Kitchen Managers, General Managers, Franchisees and Employees.
- Constantly studies, revises, and re-writes any materials related to the area of responsibility outlined above to ensure that concept materials are up to date, accurate and effective in terms of achieving and communicating program for Franchisees, Managers and Employees.
- Ensure we train and follow our five pillars of excellence.
- Suggests improvements to service, guest relations, food procedures, smallware’s, and equipment.
- Remains aware of the related functions of the “FOH” & “BOH” as well as the overall.
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
