Job description
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with their parts needs in a friendly and timely manner
- Going the extra mile to make sure the customer is taken care of
- Answering phone calls from customers
- Accurately pricing parts and other accessories
- Gathering all required parts for technicians and service advisors and accurately charging them to the correct repair orders
- Shipping and receiving parts orders
- Handling returns and short ships
- Keeping shelves stocked
- Sourcing parts from aftermarket vendors
Qualifications
- Eagerness to learn
- Friendly and helpful with customers and co-workers
- Comfortable around computers
- Strong communication skills

- Able to operate effectively as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Organized and responsible
- Parts Experience
- Familiar with agricultural equipment and machinery
- Available to work alternating Saturday mornings
