Electrical Engineer Required

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team in our Victoria OR Calgary Office.
This is an Intermediate Level position
In this role, you will provide guidance to clients on solution capabilities, including application information and product specifications, log all customer interactions, provide “First Line” support which includes troubleshooting product issues as well as assisting clients with technical support (software & hardware) and application inquiries.
Position: Permanent Full-time Position.
Education: Electrical Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma from a recognized post secondary institution that would qualify applicant for registration in the appropriate professional association (i.e. APEGBC, etc.)
Skills: Familiarity or aptitude in the following areas would be an asset to this position: Automation hardware and software (PLC, HMI, CODESYS, etc.), IT and OT systems, cyber-security.
Background: Logical problem solving skills with a customer focused, solutions based attitude. An understanding of electrical, mechanical, & process systems. Intuitive engineering skills and a passion for computer application development.
Experience: Automation/DCS/PLC & SCADA engineering, and customer service experience would be an asset.
