We are currently hiring an experienced DZ Licensed Bucket Operator / Ground Support Worker to join our growing tree service team.

Job Responsibilities
- Operate bucket trucks and aerial lifts to perform tree removals, pruning, deadwooding, canopy thinning, crown reduction, and hazard tree work
- Drive and operate DZ-class vehicles, including chip trucks and equipment trailers
- Provide ground support for climbing and aerial operations
- Safely rig and lower limbs and wood using ropes, portawraps, and rigging systems
- Operate chippers, stump grinders, chainsaws, loaders, and other arborist equipment
- Assist with tree removals, pruning operations, and job site setup
- Conduct daily circle checks and basic equipment maintenance
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate effectively with crew members and clients
- Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and industry standards
Qualifications
- Valid DZ License (required)
- Proven experience operating bucket trucks / aerial lifts
- Previous experience in the tree care/arborist industry
- Experience with rigging, tree removals, pruning, and ground operations
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices around tree care equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors in physically demanding conditions
- Chainsaw safety and operation experience required
- ISA Arborist certification is considered an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
