Currently recruiting for a Real Estate Paralegal for a mid-size firm in Downtown Calgary, 5+ years' experience, must be comfortable with 30-35 residential real estate files per month, program is Unity
Responsibilities:
-Able to complete a real estate transaction/closing from start to finish
- Prepare various documents including purchase & sale agreements, transfer, charges, notices and others
-Prepare reports and closing documentations
- Handle daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of Alberta Real Estate experience
- MS Office Skills, Lawyer Done Deal, FCT
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and detail orientated person
- Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, meet tight deadlines.
- Self-starter able to take directions and to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude with the willingness and initiative to support the team as well as work independently
