Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and professional In-Store Sales Representative to support the growth of Home Depot’s HVAC & cleaning services division in the Lower Mainland and surrounding area. This role is responsible for engaging customers in-store, promoting service offerings, and generating qualified leads for carpet, upholstery, furnace cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services.
This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with Home Depot customers to promote cleaning and home service offerings
- Educate customers on the benefits of carpet, upholstery, furnace cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning services
- Generate and qualify leads for the service division
- Represent Steam Dry Canada and Home Depot with professionalism and integrity
- Maintain a strong in-store presence and contribute to overall sales performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Outgoing personality with strong people skills
- Availability to work weekends and flexible retail hours
Compensation
- Hourly wage plus commission structure
- Earning potential of $24+ per hour
