Your expertise is in high demand as you also chair the Change Advisory Board and support Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
In addition to managing the day-to-day aspects of the work, you are also skilled at considering strategic perspective to the work and demonstrate systems thinking. You consistently keep an eye to how your work impacts the ministry and provincial health system as a whole, and how the work done today will lead to sustainable and positive outcomes in the long-term. You are also experienced with managing the work of vendors and contractors to ensure projects are running on time, on budget, and deliverables are achieved.
You bring a lot to the table! You know how to manage the demands for your time and prioritize requests, bringing in a strategic lens while maintaining close and positive relationships with your stakeholders. You fit in well with a team that cares for each other and supports a healthy work-life balance. You strive in an environment that has strong morale and a strong team dynamic.
