B&J Global Inc. is a growing logistics and warehousing company providing freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, trucking, and related supply chain services to business clients.
We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on developing new B2B clients, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our freight forwarding, warehousing, and logistics solutions.
This is a sales position with commission and performance-based earning opportunities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with business development, client communication, quotation follow-up, and closing sales opportunities in the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, referrals, and client visits
- Identify potential customers who need freight forwarding, warehousing, trucking, distribution, or 3PL services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients
- Understand customer shipping, storage, and logistics needs and provide suitable service solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to close sales opportunities
- Coordinate with internal warehouse, logistics, customer service, and management teams
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure service satisfaction
- Track leads, sales activities, customer information, and follow-up progress
- Represent the company professionally in all client communications
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is required, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, trucking, 3PL, supply chain, or related B2B industries
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management
- Comfortable with cold calling, client development, and sales follow-up
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to customer needs
- Proficiency in English is required
- Mandarin or other language skills are an asset
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
- Legal authorization to work in Canada is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing client resources or industry network in logistics, e-commerce, import/export, warehousing, retail, or wholesale industries
- Experience selling 3PL warehousing, fulfillment, trucking, freight forwarding, cross-border logistics, or distribution services
- Familiarity with the Greater Toronto Area business market

- Base salary plus commission
